Being a Senior QA engineer at iManage means...

As a part of an QA Team and respective product agile team, you will closely collaborate with development, user experience, and product stakeholders.You are responsible for understanding and breaking down the requirements, creating test plan/cases, and test the Product, and regularly communicate the output to cross-functional teams. You will learn how iManage products are consumed by customers so you can effectively test and stress the software for Quality deliverables. You should be able to identify automation test scenarios and do UI automation for the same and ensure sanity of the product is checked. You should also be able to perform manual testing on features which cannot be automated and ensure releases are carried out regularly.

iM Responsible For...

• Understand product specification, write test outline, scenarios and use case

and raise defects/issues earlier. Skills to see beyond GUI tests. * Reviews and validates requirements and technical specification.

• Develops and executes test scenarios and detailed test cases based on requirement and/or customer feedback and prioritization.
• Planning and building test environments as well as data sets based on requirements
• Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation and communicating the same with management.
• Working on inhouse and customer defect with good understanding of Defect

life cycle and Bug reports. * Executing the Planned test on iManage product and stress the software,

report all the observations and mark issues based on the Priority and monitor
the progress * Work on various Operating System platform with basic knowledge on windows tools and applications and VMware tools.

• Reviewing Baseline images of UI automation test before merging the PR's
• Testing every PR before merging to master and keeping sanity in check
• Performing smoke test on every new build and regression test before deploying the build to different environment
• Perform UI automation testing and identity and automate smoke and regression scenarios
• Striving to consistently learn and improve within the company as well as share general development trends with the team
• Ability to work within tight time schedules to meet project deadlines

iM Qualified Because...

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Overall 4+ years of quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments and Minimum 2+ years of experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills
• Expertise knowledge on scripting languages like JavaScript or python
• Hands-on experience in UI regression testing
• Expertise in automation testing tools like CodeceptJS, Selenium, webdriverIO
• Ability to own the QA responsibility individually.
• Strong experience on document generation application like MS Office, Adobe, and other apps
• Good knowledge of windows and MAC operating systems, Virtual environments, and Networking
• Knowledge of performance, security, UI, stress, reliability, load, and integration testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative team player.
