• Take a proactive role in enabling the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of solutions delivered by the development team.r
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, Scrum masters, product owners and business stakeholders) to identify system requirements.r
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.r
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.r
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.r
• Design, develop and execute test automation scripts using Azure DevOps and related tools.r
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs including bug triage.r
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.r
• Actively participate in the release process.r
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.r
• Investigate the causes of software quality and reliability issues and work together with architects and developers to help address them in the long term.r
• Design and monitor quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, open defect counts and test coverage.r
• Build QA reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for visibility on health and quality of the products.r
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.r
• Help define, document and evolve quality assurance processes and practices.r

• Proven work experience in Software Development.r
• Proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance.r
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.r

• r
• Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies tools and processes.r
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress automated Web UI testingr
• Experience with integrated project management, build, release and documentation tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, TeamCity).r
• Experience with automated API testingr
• Knowledge of Database ( SQL and/or NoSQL )r
• Some hands-on experience with programming and scripting (preferably in C# and/or JavaScript).r
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.r
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.r
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is an asset (e.g. JMeter).r
• Experience in a DevOps environment is an asset.r
