Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and backend services using Python
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend architectures
Debug and optimize existing systems to ensure top performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
Keep up with emerging technologies, tools, and development best practices
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
Proven expertise with frameworks like Django or Flask
Strong understanding of OOP, software design principles, and design patterns
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Skilled in Git, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with AWS or Azure, and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
