Job Description

As a Senior Python Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development andimplementation of complex software solutions using Python. You will lead a team of developers,providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. You‘llalso play a key role in integrating AWS services such as EC2, LightSails, Lambda, S3, and APIGateway into the application architecture to ensure reliability and performance. Additionally,you'll leverage AI-based tools like Claude, WinSurf, and other emerging technologies tostreamline development processes and increase productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to oversee the development andimplementation of software solutions.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translateproject requirements into technical specifications.
? Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. Stay up-to-date withthe latest industry trends and technologies.
? Interact with databases, write SQL queries, and use ORM libraries like SQLAlchemy orDjango ORM.
? Debug and optimize performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
? Manage version control and continuous integration processes.
? Identify and address technical challenges and risks.
? Participate in architectural and design discussions.
? Use collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management and progresstracking.
? Collaborate with DevOps to implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools likeTerraform or CloudFormation.
? Integrate AI-based coding tools like Claude (by Anthropic), WinSurf (for AI-assisted
software development), and other emerging technologies to optimize coding workflows
and enhance team productivity.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
? 5-7 years of experience in Python development.
? Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role.
? Proficiency in web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask.
? Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
? Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
? Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
? Excellent communication and leadership skills.
? Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude, WinSurf, or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
