We are looking for a

hands-on Senior Python Engineer

with strong experience in

Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and BFSI domain applications

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that leverage modern AI/ML and backend technologies to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems and AI pipelines using

Python

,

FastAPI

, and

containerized environments (Docker)

. Implement

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

architectures integrating

Vector Databases

and

LLMs

for enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize

data workflows

,

ML models

, and

system integrations

. Build and expose

REST APIs

for AI-driven services and ensure robust API performance and security. Apply

machine learning

,

data science

, and

algorithmic techniques

to solve domain-specific challenges. Work closely with business and product teams in the

BFSI sector

to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Contribute to

system design discussions

deployment strategies

, and

architecture reviews

. Ensure best practices in

code quality

CI/CD

DevOps automation

.

Required Skills

Programming:

Expert-level proficiency in

Python

(minimum 5 years of hands-on experience).

Frameworks & APIs:

Strong experience with

FastAPI

REST APIs

microservices architecture

AI/ML:

Solid understanding of

Generative AI

,

LLMs

,

vector databases

,

RAG pipelines

, and

machine learning algorithms

.

Databases:

Experience with both

SQL and NoSQL

Domain Knowledge:

Prior experience in

Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)

domain is mandatory.
