About the Role

We're seeking a

Software Architect (Senior Python Developer)

to design, build, and enhance our eco-friendly, networked mobility platform. You'll lead backend development, guide a team of developers, and shape the technical direction of our products using

Python and Django

.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance scalable backend systems using

Python/Django

. Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in architecture and coding. Oversee end-to-end delivery--from architecture to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using

Agile Scrum

methodologies. Integrate third-party services and APIs within the platform ecosystem. Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making. Support and coordinate with other technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 7-9 years of software development experience, including backend/full-stack. Strong hands-on experience with

Python, Django

, and RESTful APIs. Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana

. Familiarity with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

. Knowledge of

e-mobility protocols and ecosystems

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹873,753.97 - ₹2,364,576.05 per year
