Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong backend development skills and hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Python, AWS, and Nginx, and should be capable of leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and integrating seamlessly with our creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). Collaborate with UI/UX, content, and video technology teams to integrate digital products and automation systems. Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS). Configure and manage Nginx servers for deployment, load balancing, and performance optimization. Implement security best practices, data integrity, and system monitoring tools. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with comprehensive documentation. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews. Work closely with the leadership to define development timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience. Proficient in Django, FastAPI, or Flask frameworks. Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git. Experience with system design, microservices, and cloud architecture. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Bonus: exposure to video automation, data analytics, AI tools, or React.js. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
