Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Python Developer

with a strong background in

AI/ML

,

Node.js

, and

MVC-based frameworks

to join our fast-growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring seamless application performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using

Python

(Django/Flask/FastAPI). Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using

Node.js

and microservices architecture. Design and implement AI/ML models, pipelines, and integrate them into production systems. Work with MVC frameworks to develop clean, modular, and maintainable code. Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of backend services. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in

Python

development. Solid experience with

AI/ML libraries

like

TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV

. Proficient in

Node.js

, JavaScript (ES6+), and asynchronous programming. Strong understanding of

MVC frameworks

like

Django, Flask, or FastAPI

. Experience with API development, OAuth, and JWT authentication. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as

AWS, GCP, or Azure

. Knowledge of containerization using

Docker/Kubernetes

is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to

NLP

,

computer vision

, or

generative AI

projects. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
