We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a

Senior Python Developer

who is passionate about building

AI-driven, Agentic applications

that redefine how enterprises operate.

Key Responsibilities -

AI-Focused Development:

Design, develop, and deploy applications and microservices in Python for

AI and automation solutions

. Integrate and optimize

LLMs, NLP, and ML models

for real-world use cases. Work on

Agentic AI frameworks

to build digital agents capable of reasoning, learning, and executing tasks autonomously.

Backend & API Engineering:

Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless system and AI model integrations. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend services. Implement asynchronous workflows, messaging queues, and real-time data processing.

System Architecture & Best Practices:

Contribute to system design and high-level architecture decisions for AI applications. Follow and enforce

clean coding standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines

. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

Collaboration & Delivery:

Work closely with AI/ML engineers, front-end developers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions. Translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring compliance (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare). Participate in

requirement gathering, sprint planning, and agile delivery cycles

.

Required Skills & Experience -

5+ years of Python development experience

with strong backend and API expertise. Proven experience in

AI/ML projects

, especially integrating

LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Hugging Face, etc.)

. Familiarity with frameworks like

FastAPI, Django, or Flask

. Strong knowledge of

data processing pipelines, ETL, and handling large-scale datasets

. Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in working with

databases

(SQL and NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis, ElasticSearch). Understanding of

Agentic AI tools and frameworks

(LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and

attention to detail, scalability, and code quality

.

Good to Have -

Experience developing

SaaS applications

or

AI-powered enterprise platforms

. Contributions to

open-source AI/ML frameworks

. Knowledge of

RPA tools

(UiPath, Power Automate) and ability to build custom connectors. Experience with

data analytics tools

(Power BI, Tableau integrations).
