Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:

? 3-5 years of proven experience in backend development.

? Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Flask and FastAPI.

? Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with design patterns.

? Proven experience building scalable architectures and working with microservices.

? Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

? Experience in optimizing application performance and debugging production issues.

? Awareness of application security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption, secure APIs).

? Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers effectively.

? Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Nice to Have:

? Exposure to chatbot platforms, AI-powered services, or event-driven architectures.

? Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

? Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
