We are seeking a highly skilled

Sr. Full Stack Developer (Python + React JS)

who can architect, develop, and deploy robust applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Python along with solid frontend experience in React.js. You should be able to lead development activities, guide junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Requirements Backend (Python):

Develop, optimize, and maintain large-scale Python web applications using frameworks such as

FastAPI

/

Django

/

Flask

. Design RESTful APIs / SOAP Services and work with tools like

Postman/Newman

. Build scalable, distributed systems following

microservices

and

SOA architecture

. Work with relational databases (

MySQL, PostgreSQL

) and NoSQL databases (

MongoDB, Cassandra

). Implement software best practices including

TDD, CI/CD

, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP). Utilize AI/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV etc.)--added advantage. Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, joins, and database operations.

Frontend (React JS)

Develop user interface components using

React JS

and workflows like

Redux, Flux, Webpack

. Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance frontend performance. Implement and maintain documentation for frontend modules. Work on responsive design, PWA concepts, and browser-based performance testing (Mocha, Jest).

General / Leadership:

Lead and guide junior team members when required. Conduct internal technical sessions. Collaborate with clients and in-house cross-functional teams. Bring strong analytical thinking, positive approach, and excellent communication skills.
Technical Skill :

Requirements Must Have

Strong command over

Python

, OOP, data structures, algorithms. React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap. REST APIs, microservices, SQL & NoSQL databases. Use of AI based code editor like Cursor Experience with Agile development. VS Code / Jupyter Notebook proficiency.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks. AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR) exposure. Performance testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmadabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
