Manage and evaluate key vendors and subcontractors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements
Ensure cost control, budget compliance, and timely material availability at sites
Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams
Oversee purchase documentation, approvals, and ERP reporting
Monitor market trends and drive cost optimization initiatives
Lead and mentor the purchase and stores team
