To strengthen our procurement function, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Purchase with expertise in construction materials, ERP systems, and vendor management.

Role: Senior Purchase Manager

Role Summary:

The Senior Purchase Manager will oversee procurement operations for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, cost control, vendor management, and ERP-based purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, goods, and services. Handle and monitor procurement activities through ERP systems. Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance management. Review and approve Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery. Coordinate with project sites, stores, and internal teams to avoid shortages. Monitor material costs, market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare procurement MIS reports and support budgeting and planning. Lead and guide the purchase team and ensure policy compliance.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation in Engineering / Supply Chain / related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of procurement experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and ERP systems. Proven negotiation, coordination, and leadership skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
