Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, components, and services related to solar pump manufacturing. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors; negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely procurement as per production plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments to meet material requirements and specifications. Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues. Prepare purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Track market trends, cost optimization opportunities, and alternate sourcing. Ensure statutory and documentation compliance related to purchases.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in purchase/procurement within manufacturing, preferably solar pump or electrical/mechanical products. Knowledge of BOM, vendor development, price negotiation, and inventory control. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Pay: ?17,979.02 - ?49,567.67 per month
