Responsibilities:

End-to-end procurement of construction & finishing materials. Vendor sourcing, negotiations & contract finalization. Ensure timely material delivery & cost control. Maintain vendor relations & purchase documentation.

Requirements:

B.Civil with 15+ years' experience in purchase with a reputed real estate developer. Strong vendor management & negotiation skills. Knowledge of ERP/Procurement systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
