Eduction : B.E/ DIPLOMA MECHANICAL

Manage end-to-end purchase activities using the

ERP system

for order processing and tracking. Source and develop reliable vendors for engineering materials and spare parts. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores for material planning. Generate and monitor purchase orders through ERP to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain vendor database, cost analysis, and performance reports. Support cost optimization, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure all procurement activities follow company policy and quality standards. Strong knowledge of

mechanical components and consumables

. Proficiency in

ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle or equivalent)

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
