Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor clinical operations processes to ensure that client care is of the highest quality. Collaborate with clinicians to identify and address operational challenges and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical operations to ensure consistency and quality. Coordinate and manage the implementation of clinical programs and initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical processes and work, and recommend changes or improvements as necessary. Use data to analyse clinical operations performance and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure that clinical operations meet organizational goals Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, to ensure that clinical operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and standards Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on clinical operations processes and procedures Manage and supervise clinical operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Custodian of quality monitoring and feedback for the same. Improving quality by identifying gaps and plugging the same. Conduct client screening to identify psychological, emotional or behavioural issues in clients while screening clients. Develop and implement treatment plans, therapeutic strategies, etc. Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. Coordinate with client's families. Work as a client manager to coordinate internally for all needs of client. Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions. Conduct research and use the latest standardized psychological/educational screening & diagnostic tests, tools. Involve self in multi-disciplinary report discussions, reviews, case discussions and report directly to Client care/outreach. Support in implementing processes for clinical operations and quality standards at the center. Confidential record maintenance of all standardized tests or screening reports of each client. Supervise interns to ensure that their project is executed as planned and encourage learning along the way. Create modules for workshops to spread awareness and reach out with various programs to schools, colleges, corporates, other social enterprises, NGOs, etc. Support and provide inputs in content sourcing and development for workshops, social media platforms, web-sites, etc.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
