We're looking for an experienced Senior Psychologist with strong clinical expertise and a passion for helping individuals manage chronic conditions, lifestyle challenges, and long-term behaviour change. The role involves 1:1 client interaction, collaborative care, and evidence-based guidance within a multidisciplinary health team.
Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied) - mandatory
PhD in Psychology strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in clinical practice, counselling, health psychology, or behavior-change programs
Experience in hospitals, wellness centers, or integrated health setups is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results accurately
Provide structured guidance to clients dealing with chronic conditions, stress, and lifestyle changes
Communicate insights in simple, clear, actionable formats
Build strong therapeutic rapport and offer consistent follow-ups
Create personalized behaviour-change plans
Collaborate with nutritionists, physiologists, physicians, and health coaches
Maintain documentation, ethical standards, and confidentiality
Mentor and support junior health coaches as needed
