About the Role:

We are looking for

two experienced Senior Proposal Engineers

to join our team. The ideal candidates must have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Evaporators, Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), and complete Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare techno-commercial proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems. Review client specifications and design requirements to develop accurate proposals. Coordinate with process, engineering, and procurement teams to gather cost inputs. Prepare cost estimation, BOQs, and project scope documents. Interact with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries. Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals. Support business development and sales teams during client meetings and negotiations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in preparing proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems. Strong knowledge of water & wastewater treatment technologies. Hands-on experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related proposal tools.
