In this role, you will:

Property Management: overseeing the overall operations of Well Fargo's properties, including resolving administrative and operational issues, managing relevant assets and projects, and developing budgets and plans based on property needs, in order to deliver safe, efficient, clean, and comfortable environments.

Responsibilities:

  • This includes the benchmark review of ' workplaces and peer group industry ; assessment of the current and future real estate and facilities
  • Building relationships with Pillar business suppliers and other partners, the WPS leader will seek out opportunities and implement initiatives and activities that help to make a visit to the office memorable, productive and focused.
  • The WPS Leader will support employee wellbeing and play an important part in managing the office spaces and facilities to create an environment where people feel motivated and driven, but also with opportunities to recharge, check-in and build great relationships with colleagues. This role requires a range of skills and strengths from creativity, time-management, planning, administration and record keeping to people-focused skills such as customer service, communication, relationship building and creativity. The role will work independently and with other business functions (e.g. / IT / Finance/HR) to create a healthy, safe, secure, practical and productive workspace..
  • Develop and evolve the use of best practices to enhance the strategic process methodology
  • Ensuring, through commissioning of works as required, that the office and facilities are healthy, safe and secure.
  • The commissioning, administration and co-ordination of social and health-focused activities and initiatives that support caregivers wellbeing.
  • Communication of information, news, events and activities taking place at the premises
  • Leverage experience in analyzing data, external benchmarks, and assess current state to make policy recommendations and support implementation to help the organization achieve their post-pandemic and workplace deliverables that stand out in terms of quality, centricity , values of the organization and creativity by using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance Corporate real-estate awareness across the firm.
  • Subject matter expert à leading technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, PoC discussions, etc.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 10+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all company owned, leased or managed leased real estate within a moderate scale and complex portfolio
  • Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords and external tenants
  • Negotiate building service agreements, project terms and conditions
  • Apply preferred operational service standard, effective asset preservation planning and work effort execution, and lead resources on real estate service solutions
  • Develop, lead and implement plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies

  • Recommend portfolio strategies and contribute to, recommend and support overall business strategies and initiatives
  • Manage a team
