Job Description

Must be a Graduate / Bachelors Degree Comprehensive experience of minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales, preferably with experience of sales in primary market / channel partner sales. Possessing ability to achieve sales as per targets given by the company Interacting with Developers for their various projects and inventories Giving Sales presentation to customers and completing sales Can preferably carry out site visits as and when required. Lead Generation strategies, active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions. Comfortable with computers, property portals like Magicbricks, 99 Acres and also Real Estate CRM Go getter, positive attitude and customer friendly approach. Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
