AI & Product Innovation Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer with a proven background in building, refining, and deploying production-grade prompts for LLM-powered systems. The candidate should have deep expertise in prompt architecture, reasoning design, hallucination reduction, and structured output methods. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to develop scalable AI features, multi-agent workflows, and advanced prompt-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities Prompt Development & Optimization

? Architect, refine, and manage high-quality prompts for AI-driven products and internal tools.

? Design modular, multi-step prompt flows tailored for complex reasoning and task execution.

? Build structured prompts for agentic systems such as Planner-Critic-Generator loops, ReAct patterns, and multi-agent coordination. Structured Outputs & Reliability

? Enforce strict JSON & schema-based outputs with validation, consistency checks, and self-correction mechanisms.

? Implement hallucination-mitigation strategies and ensure predictable, deterministic model behavior. AI System Integration

? Collaborate with engineering teams to embed prompts into product pipelines using APIs, RAG, agents, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, etc.

? Support RAG solutions through context-aware prompting, embeddings, and vector search optimization. Testing, Evaluation & Documentation

? Conduct continuous testing, performance analysis, and refinement of prompts.

? Develop internal documentation, standardized templates, and reusable prompt libraries. Required Skills & Qualifications

? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or LLM-based solution development.

? Deep understanding of LLM reasoning, prompt structuring, and advanced techniques such as CoT, ReAct, planner-executor, and delimiter strategies.

? Strong experience building prompts for multi-agent and agentic AI systems.

? Practical exposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings.

? Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP or similar ecosystems.

? Strong analytical mindset with excellent debugging and prompt-optimization skills.

? Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred / Bonus Skills

? Experience integrating LLMs within backend workflows (Python or Node.js).

? Understanding of autonomous agent frameworks and tool-calling systems.
