Project Manager - Civil

Experience Required

Minimum 10 to 12 years

in civil construction

High-rise residential / commercial building experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Complete responsibility of

planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise projects

Manage multiple site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors Ensure RCC, structural, and finishing work as per drawings and specifications Project scheduling, manpower planning, and work allocation Control project cost, material consumption, and wastage Coordination with architects, consultants, and authorities Review drawings, BOQ, billing, and subcontractor bills Ensure strict quality control and site safety compliance Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting to management Timely project completion as per company targets

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Strong knowledge of

high-rise RCC structure execution

Excellent understanding of

structural & architectural drawings

Knowledge of BOQ, billing, and material planning Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory

Salary:

upto 13 lpa yearly
