: Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution (assembly and testing), and final customer acceptance.
Technical Oversight
: Review mechanical and automation designs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
: Synchronize efforts between mechanical, electrical, controls, procurement, and manufacturing teams to hit UPH (units per hour) and reliability targets.
Resource & Budget Control
: Allocate manpower, manage project budgets, and interact with vendors for critical components like robots, actuators, and sensors.
Client Interface
: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, managing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
