Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management

: Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution (assembly and testing), and final customer acceptance.

Technical Oversight

: Review mechanical and automation designs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

: Synchronize efforts between mechanical, electrical, controls, procurement, and manufacturing teams to hit UPH (units per hour) and reliability targets.

Resource & Budget Control

: Allocate manpower, manage project budgets, and interact with vendors for critical components like robots, actuators, and sensors.

Client Interface

: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, managing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

Documentation

: Maintain detailed Project Quad Charts, BOMs, technical manuals, and risk registers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Technical Expertise

: Strong knowledge of

SPM

machines, industrial automation. Proficiency in

CAD software

(SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and

MS Project

. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and motion control systems.

Experience

: Typically 5-15 years in machine building or automation, with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams.

Soft Skills

: Excellent conflict resolution, vendor negotiation, and team-building capabilities.
