Role Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished

Senior Project Manager

with proven experience in leading

large-scale teams of 50+ members

, managing complex technology-driven programs, and delivering projects within the

financial services domain

. The role requires strong project management expertise, a solid technical foundation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

/Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large programs/projects with

50+ cross-functional resources

. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives. Establish project governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standards. Drive stakeholder communication with senior management, clients, and external partners. Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements relevant to the

financial services industry

. Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Plan for resources skills upgrade by conducting required training/learning as per business need. Support senior management with required data in timely manner. Support in RFP responses, proposal creation, estimation, demos for business development.

Technical Skills(Mandatory):

12-15 years of experience in

Project / Program Management

.

Experience in the Banking and finance domain for 6+Years is mandatory

Demonstrated experience managing large teams (20-40 resources) across multiple locations.

Strong knowledge of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Solid

technical background

with the ability to engage effectively with engineering and infrastructure teams.

Proven experience in the financial services domain (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance).

Strong expertise in project financial management, risk management, and issue resolution. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills(Optional):

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution.

MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
