This role leads the end?to?end delivery of corporate interior fit?out projects for occupier clients, ensuring outcomes on
scope, schedule, cost, quality, and EHS
. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) builds trusted client relationships, orchestrates consultants and contractors, and enforces C&W governance, reporting, and commercial controls throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role:
Own project delivery
from initiation to close?out--charter, budget, master schedule, procurement strategy, construction oversight, testing & commissioning, handover, and defects management--while maintaining clear risk, change, and stakeholder management plans.
Lead client engagement
: capture requirements, set success criteria, run governance forums, and provide executive?level reporting (cost to complete, cashflow, EAC, progress KPIs) in line with PDS standards.
Direct multi?party teams
(design consultants, QS/Cost, MEP, GC/subcontractors, landlord/authority interfaces); chair weekly site and coordination meetings; drive decisions and resolve issues promptly.
Control cost & schedule
: baselines, forecasts, value engineering, variations, and claims; ensure commercial alignment to contract conditions and timely certifications with QS support.
Assure quality & EHS
: enforce QA/QC procedures, method statements, and C&W EHS requirements; maintain incident?free sites and compliant handovers aligned to client and statutory needs.
About You:
10-15 years' experience
delivering corporate interior fit?outs (occupier/tenant improvement) with a strong on?time, on?budget track record in live/occupied environments.
Degree in
Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical
(or equivalent); professional certifications such as
PMP/Prince2
preferred; strong proficiency with
MS Project/Primavera
and cost control tools.
Demonstrated expertise in
contracts administration, change/claims management, VE
, and stakeholder management across client, landlord, designers, and contractors.
Working knowledge of
local codes, authority processes, and landlord standards
for corporate interiors; proven ability to drive approvals and compliance documentation.
Excellent
communication and leadership
skills; structured reporting, executive presentation ability, and a bias for action in fast?paced, multi?site delivery.
