Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned

Project Manager testing

with expertise in both

manual and automation testing

to lead quality assurance efforts in our

telecom domain projects

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom systems, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools and frameworks. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and technical execution to ensure high-quality so Finish ftware delivery.


Responsibilities:
Define and implement test strategies for telecom applications, covering both manual and automated testing Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of test plans Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as

Selenium

,

TestNG

,

Serenity BDD

, and

Mate Automation

Oversee

API testing

using tools like

Postman

,

RestAssured

, or

SoapUI

Conduct test case reviews, defect triage meetings, and root cause analysis Ensure test coverage across telecom protocols, billing systems, network configurations, and customer-facing applications Monitor test execution, track defects, and report quality metrics to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of telecom systems including OSS/BSS, CRM, and network management platforms Proficiency in both

manual testing

techniques and

automation frameworks

Hands-on experience with

Serenity BDD

Mate Automation

, and

API testing tools

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like

Jenkins
