MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Dusseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide HR, Finance, Branding, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day.
For over 10 years, we have been providing services and solutions from our two locations in Pune and Szczecin. We are looking to hire a Project Manager with experience in HR projects
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Lead & drive business transformation programs and projects within key strategic initiatives of the organization across functions from Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sales Excellence & Finance.
Defines the program objectives along with the customer, collaborates with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and offer guidance on project management tools & techniques.
Implement project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects, while also mentoring, coaching, and training employees in program/project management at various levels throughout the organization
Adhere to stakeholder-aligned deliverables while maintaining the expected quality output, and proactively prioritize and address project-related issues, managing escalations with a proactive approach for timely resolution.
PROJECT GOVERNANCE
Setup a transparent governance framework for sharing and regularly reviewing progress and performance expectations with program sponsors, leadership teams and other stakeholders as required
Brings in external emerging Program and Project management practices to continuously enhance and elevate the PM skills of the organization and to make sure that tools and skillset of our team is always future ready.
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement and sustenance by conducting audits to assess compliance with established standards.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Collaborate and engage with global leaders & subject matter experts, facilitate workshops to design, simplify and standardize the business processes.
Facilitate steering and drive rollout of initiatives for METRO entities across Europe.
Interacts with key stakeholders and identifies corporate and country requirements and support GSC leadership in delivering a business development pitch
RISK MANAGEMENT
Help project teams address their risks by providing decisions based on the information shared
Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies and implementing proactive risk management processes to address potential issues.
Regularly monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle. Update risk mitigation strategies as necessary based on changes in project scope, schedule, and resources
LEADERSHIP
Empower the project managers to work autonomously on their specific projects to drive outcomes
Mentor and Coach, the project team by identifying training needs, facilitating discussions for conflict resolution and fostering a positive and productive work environment
