The

Senior Project Manager / Project Head

is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple high-rise residential tower projects across various locations undertaken by the organization as the General and Main Civil Contractor. The role provides strategic leadership, ensures operational excellence, financial control, contractual compliance, and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements while achieving project objectives related to quality, cost, time, and safety.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Post-graduate qualification preferred). 15-25 years of experience in construction, with minimum 8-10 years in leadership roles managing multiple high-rise residential or large building projects. Proven experience with main civil contractors and ISO-certified organizations. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Note - Candidates should be from Civil Contractors or ISO Certified Organisation or from Real Estate firms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?3,000,000.00 per year
