We're hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to 15 or more junior staff members. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Objectives of this Role
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
Plan project timelines, milestones, and ensure delivery within deadlines.
Conduct daily/weekly meetings and track team progress.
Write clean, maintainable code and review other developers' work.
Work mainly on
Laravel backend development

Manage deployment, staging, and production environments.
Maintain simple project documentation (APIs, setup steps, changelogs).
Handle optimization, performance improvements, and security updates.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team.
Required Technical Skills (Laravel)
Strong experience with
Laravel framework
(Eloquent ORM, Middleware, Service Providers, Queues, Events).& node, react js also.
Skilled in building and integrating
RESTful APIs
.
Knowledge of
Authentication/Authorization
(Sanctum, Passport, or JWT).
Strong understanding of
MySQL/PostgreSQL
(migrations, query optimization, relationships).
Experience with
(Laravel Forge, Envoyer, Docker, or basic CI/CD pipelines).
Good understanding of API security, validation, and error handling.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
