Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex robotics projects from concept to deployment. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with design, software, and hardware engineers, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines, budgets, and performance targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in robotics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of robotics and automation projects. Develop project plans including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-mechanical, electrical, software, and R&D to ensure smooth integration. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards. Conduct regular project reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders and management. Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships. Oversee vendor coordination, material procurement, and production timelines. Mentor and support junior engineers and project coordinators.

Skills

Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years in robotics or automation. Strong knowledge of robotics systems, hardware integration, and control software. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
