Team Frontier is a dedicated one stop shop for Design and build Turnkey Solutions for office interiors fit-outs with a pan India presence and a turnover of INR 65 crores a year. We are now putting up a modular furniture factory and an Electrical Consulting & Contracting company.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead multiple high-end

interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the fit-out industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and/or residential sectors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Develop detailed project programs including timelines, resource allocations, and milestones using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays. Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flows. Work closely with the quantity surveying team to control costs, approve variations, and track financial performance. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractor works. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment across all project stages. Chair regular project meetings with stakeholders, issuing progress reports and updates. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Resolve on-site challenges swiftly with minimal disruption to timelines or budgets.
