Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - MEP to lead and manage the coordination, and execution of MEP systems for large-scale hospital construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on project delivery experience, and strong leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary MEP teams across all project phases--from concept design to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across multiple high-value projects.

Prepare and manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and local/international codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).

2. Execution Oversight:

Oversee on-site execution of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, electrical, BMS, and ELV systems.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Supervise installation, testing & commissioning activities.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet project timelines and standards.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.

Resolve technical and commercial issues promptly and professionally.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide technical training when needed.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera P6

Strong understanding of international and local building codes and standards

Advanced knowledge of MEP systems integration and coordination

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
