This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Martech) in India.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading Martech teams to deliver advanced CRM and Data solutions that help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. You will oversee multiple project teams, ensuring seamless coordination across roadmaps, budgets, and resources. Your expertise in managing enterprise-level programs will be key to driving client retention and satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, shape efficient processes, and foster an Agile mindset that accelerates value delivery. Accountabilities:
In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading multiple Martech project teams within Client CRM and Data Programs, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Establishing project roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing workstreams to align with client goals.
• Identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate issues while maintaining program stability.
• Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication.
• Overseeing reporting on project status, metrics, and performance, leveraging Martech platforms for insights.
• Driving Agile practices across teams, promoting continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Supporting pre-sales activities by contributing to discovery calls, Statements of Work, and resource planning.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in enterprise-grade projects or clients.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully, on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in project management fundamentals, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with proficiency in frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
• Agency experience and familiarity with client-facing project delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in Martech projects.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Data Warehouses, CDPs, CRM, Loyalty Engines, and machine learning solutions.
