This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Martech) in India.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Martech teams in delivering innovative CRM and data solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage multiple project teams, define roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of high-value projects. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, oversee budgets and resources, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and project delivery will help drive seamless collaboration and measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while shaping the success of complex Martech programs.
Accountabilities

• Ensure successful delivery of Martech projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, including prioritizing requirements and work streams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure program stability and continuity.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status.
• Collaborate with teams to leverage Martech platforms for performance reporting and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile methodologies across project teams and optimize workflows and processes.
• Support pre-sales activities by helping define statements of work, timelines, and resource needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in enterprise-grade projects or agency settings.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in project delivery, management fundamentals, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, building trust, and influencing decisions at various levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex project issues.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Desirable: * Experience in Martech, including CRM, data warehouses, CDPs, machine learning, or loyalty engines.

• Familiarity with technologies and platforms used in marketing technology projects.
