About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in the life-insurance claims domain (especially life insurance) and proven track record of managing large, fixed-bid engagements in a customer-facing role across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with excellent stakeholder-management and financial control skills. You will lead end?to?end project delivery, from scoping and budgeting through execution and monitoring, working with architects, developers, business analysts, and engaging with regional customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle projects (fixed-bid) in the life insurance claims domain, including scope definition, budget and financial tracking, risk & issue management, quality assurance, and delivery. Collaborate with regional customers in Southeast Asia, understanding local market nuances, regulatory/claims workflows and stakeholder expectations. Engage with technical teams (architecture, development, business analysis) to ensure alignment of solution design, workflow/BPM systems, rules engines, policy administration systems (e.g., LifeAsia, Ingenium) and project requirements. Drive governance of project financials: cost estimates, budget control, forecasting, margin analysis, and change-control procedures. Manage delivery methodology across Agile and Waterfall models as appropriate; facilitate sprint planning, iteration reviews, release management and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (internal/external) including status reporting, escalations, steering committees, and customer governance. Travel short-term to Southeast Asia for customer and onsite work as required.
