Key Experience: 10 years above into Project Management

( residential homes)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Coordinate and supervise

project management teams, site engineers, and contractors

to ensure seamless execution. Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure strict adherence to

safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards

across all sites. Handle

procurement processes, subcontractor agreements, and contract administration

efficiently. Conduct regular site meetings and provide detailed project status reports to all stakeholders.

Resolve conflicts, technical challenges, and unforeseen delays

promptly to maintain project timelines. Work closely with

quantity surveyors

to track costs, variations, and budget utilization. Maintain strong

client-handling experience

, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction throughout the project. Possess

good knowledge of local contractors and vendors in Bangalore

to support project sourcing and coordination. Drive project handover, close-out, and post-construction documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
