Job Summary

This role will be a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing the development and operation of our core data infrastructure. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust background in engineering, a deep understanding of data platforms, and a proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects in the security sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, architecture, development, and deployment of our advanced data platform, ensuring it meets the high standards required for security, scalability, and performance. Drive the technical vision and direction of the company, fostering innovation and setting high engineering standards. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align the engineering strategy with the overall business goals. Manage and mentor the engineering team, cultivating a high-performance engineering culture and promoting professional growth. Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of the data platform, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Oversee the selection and management of technology stacks and the implementation of best practices in software development, quality assurance, and deployment.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.12+ years of experience in software engineering and data platform development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a technology organization. Proven experience in leading the development and operation of large-scale, high-availability data platforms, preferably in the security services or related sectors. Strong architectural and system design skills in a cloud-native environment. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring top-tier engineering teams. Deep understanding of data security, privacy laws, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring confidence and respect at all levels of the organization.
