About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager for
The Studio by Nandita Manwani
, you will be the bridge between design excellence and flawless execution. You will lead the technical and operational delivery of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the exacting quality standards our brand is known for.
This is a leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise in civil/woodwork, meticulous planning skills, and the ability to manage diverse site teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee multiple residential interior projects from site handover to final snagging and delivery.
Execution & Quality Control:
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Maintain zero tolerance for deviations in finishing and material quality.
Scheduling & Timeline Tracking:
Create and manage detailed project schedules (Gantt charts). Proactively identify potential delays and implement recovery plans.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
Manage specialized teams, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and fabricators. Source and vet new vendors as needed.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project expenses, verify contractor bills, and ensure the project remains within the estimated budget.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all sites adhere to safety protocols and apartment association guidelines.
7-10 years in Interior Execution, specifically in high-end residential projects.
Education
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and reading complex MEP & Carpentry drawings.
Soft Skills
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
Mindset
An "eye for detail" and a passion for premium craftsmanship.
