3-5yrs (Experience with stone work, POP, woodwork, false ceilings, and other finishing works is a plus).

Salary:

30,000.00 - 40,000.00 Per Month.

Job Location:

Delhi

Able to travel anywhere in India, If needed.

Note: Candidates should have know experience in Interior Construction.

SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE:

The Project manager reports to the Director.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to

manage client accounts and oversee project execution in the solid surface industry.

The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to project completion.

Understand client requirements and provide product recommendations based on Korean solid surface offerings.

Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics, and installation teams) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.

Handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Manage documentation including quotations, work orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Conduct site visits when required to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.

Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.

Maintain and update customer account data in CRM or tracking systems.

Prepare reports on project status, client feedback, and account performance.

Key Skills Required:

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in BOQ preparation, running bills, and civil & structural work.

Experience with stone work, POP, woodwork, false ceilings, and other finishing works is a plus.

The job includes planning projects, managing budgets, allocating resources, and checking work quality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Project coordination and client handling experience

Basic knowledge of Excel and

ZWCAD

is needed.

Knowledge of interior Site materials (preferred)

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Basic knowledge of

AutoCAD/technical drawings

is a plus

Proficiency in

MS Office, email communication, and reporting tools
