Senior Project Manager

to lead multiple project and ensure seamless execution across all sites.

Role Overview:

The

Senior Project Manager

will oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple interior projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, multi-project handling, team management, and a deep understanding of interior execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage all project managers, site supervisors, and execution teams. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to handover. Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and execution teams to ensure workflow alignment. Monitor project progress, site quality, timelines, and budget compliance. Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and reporting. Ensure adherence to design intent, technical specifications, and safety standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Streamline processes and introduce systems to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or construction. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of materials, BOQ, drawings, and interior execution workflows. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project planning tools. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Preferred Qualities:

Highly organized and process-driven. Strong eye for detail and quality control. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage deadlines. Experience working with premium residential or commercial projects is a plus.
