A Project Manager for the HR PMO team is responsible for managing and driving HR Projects through different phases of its life cycle making sure that the Project is effectively/efficiently executed and proper status reporting is done to the Senior HR Leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage initiative(s)/project(s) effectively, using Project Management methodologies and tools.
HR Program Roadmap Management and Tracking.
Develop/Support Project Plan and Business case.
Drive User Acceptance Testing / End to End Integrations for projects under HR Portfolio.
Track progress and timelines, Status reporting using Power BI / Planview / MS Projects.
Executive Communication to Directors/VPs and concerned stakeholders.
Drive engagement surveys and build leadership dashboard for LATAM/APAC & Europe.
Process Automation & New Systems Implementation.
RAID Log Analysis and Risk Management for any potential Risks and barriers.
Establish credibility and trust as an HR Project Manager.
Business Case Analysis and Project Intake Documentation for HR Portfolio Management.
RFP and Pilot Projects initiation including vendor management.
Project tasks and activity management with work breakdown structure and Planview.
UAT/E2E using JIRA.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Project Management domain
Functional Knowledge of UAT/E2E
Working knowledge of MS Projects, PowerBI, MIS, Leadership Reporting, Advance Excel & PowerPoint, Project Delivery, People Management and HR Reporting.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
