Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
industrial automation projects
in the embedded domain from concept to delivery
Handle
proposals, prospect/customer calls, and escalation management
Manage
multiple cross-functional embedded teams
and ensure timely project execution
Own
end-to-end delivery
including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong communication and trust
Drive adherence to
SDLC and Agile methodologies
Ensure quality, performance, and compliance with industrial standards
Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and system teams for integrated solutions
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8-12 years of hands-on experience managing
Embedded & Industrial Automation projects
Strong experience in
Embedded and Industrial domains
with customer-facing responsibilities
Proven track record of
successful project/product delivery
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills
Strong understanding of
SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in
Embedded design and development
using
C and C++
Hands-on knowledge of
microcontrollers and ARM-based embedded processors
Good understanding of
low-level drivers, real-time firmware, and communication protocols
Technical Expertise
Bare Metal
