Oversee all site activities, including foundations, structural steelwork, RCC, utility trenches, pavements, and industrial flooring. Ensure construction is executed per design, schedule, and safety standards. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress. Co-ordinate closely with MEP, utility, process, and equipment installation teams to ensure seamless integration with civil works. Lead site teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
3.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance:
Implement and maintain QA/QC systems as per project specifications and ISO standards. Enforce industrial HSE protocols, especially for heavy equipment operations, confined space work, and hazardous materials.
