is responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of construction and interior fit-out projects -- from pre-construction and design coordination through execution, handover, and post-completion. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining client satisfaction and stakeholder alignment.
Lead multiple civil and interior fit-out projects concurrently.
Develop comprehensive project execution plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Liaise with design, procurement, MEP, and subcontractor teams to align project objectives.
Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Design & Technical Coordination
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for coordination and constructability.
Oversee value engineering exercises to optimize cost and performance.
Approve materials, shop drawings, and method statements in accordance with project specifications.
3. Site & Construction Management
Direct site operations to ensure progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
Manage civil works (foundations, structures, partitions, finishes) and coordinate with MEP and fit-out teams.
Conduct regular site progress meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
4. Financial & Contractual Control
Monitor and control project budgets, variations, and cost forecasts.
Review and approve subcontractor payments, progress claims, and change orders.
Support commercial negotiations and contract administration.
5. Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
6. Project Close-Out & Handover
Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Ensure documentation (as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals) is complete and accurate.
Conduct project debriefs to identify lessons learned and areas for process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering

, or a related field.
Minimum
10-15 years
of experience in project management, including both
fit-out
and
civil construction
.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
Strong technical understanding of building systems, finishes, and project sequencing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Project / Primavera P6

, and MS Office Suite.
