Description of Project Service:

Coordination between site team, Client, Contractor and

Consultants, Architects.

Attending meeting with Client, Consultants, Contractors as
AIRBORNE representatives,

Taking decisions for smooth progress of the project.
General Activities:

Attending Meetings as AIRBORNE representative,
Coordination between AIRBORNE and other parties
Taking decisions on project related matters
Certifying bills claimed
Accessing claims, increase in scope asked by the contractor.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall Project delivery responsibility for AIRBORNE
Project execution philosophy and procurement strategy formalization
Contract administration, overview and control
Project Activity Co-ordination with Client and PMC team
Project Overview and project execution process identification (PEP Preparation)
Formulation of Quality Assurance procedures & guidance (QMP Preparation)
Risk and opportunity co-ordination
Client direct interface/ point of contact
Formalization of overall Project Responsibility Matrix, Roles and Responsibilities, Client Action listing
Describing the scope of work for every project team member
Keeping track on the progress of the project
