Job Summary



We are looking for an accomplished

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

with strong expertise in

Civil, Interior, and MEP fit-out projects

. The role requires complete ownership of

planning, execution, cost control, quality, and delivery

of

office fit-outs, retail rollouts, hotels, and hospitality projects

. The candidate should be capable of managing

multiple fast-track rollout projects

or independently leading

a single large-scale project

, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning & Delivery



Lead end-to-end execution of

fit-out projects

from handover to completion. Develop

project execution strategies, master schedules, and micro-level work plans

. Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved

cost, time, and quality parameters

. Manage

multiple projects / rollout locations

or a

large standalone project

simultaneously.

Civil, Interiors & MEP Coordination



Oversee execution of

civil, interior, and MEP works

including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, and integrated MEP services. Ensure effective coordination between

design, civil, interior, and MEP teams

. Resolve technical and execution challenges arising from multi-disciplinary coordination.

Drawings & Technical Management



Review, interpret, and approve

GFC drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings

. Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and brand guidelines. Drive clash detection and resolution between civil, interiors, and MEP services.

Cost Control, Budgeting & Billing



Prepare and control

project budgets

, cash flow forecasts, and cost trackers. Strong knowledge of

BOQs, rate analysis, estimation, and value engineering

. Monitor material consumption, subcontractor bills, and variations. Manage

RA billing, client certifications, and final accounts

. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Rollout & Multi-Site Management



Plan and execute

retail and office rollout projects

across multiple locations. Establish standard execution processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines across sites. Coordinate logistics, procurement, and manpower deployment for multiple sites.

Team, Manpower & Vendor Management



Lead project teams including

engineers, supervisors, coordinators, and site staff

. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for civil, interior, and MEP works. Monitor productivity, performance, and compliance of site teams. Mentor and guide junior team members.

Quality, Safety & Compliance



Ensure compliance with

quality standards, specifications, and client expectations

. Implement and monitor

HSE practices

across all sites. Conduct quality audits, snag reviews, and final handover processes.

Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as the primary point of contact for

clients, consultants, and PMC teams

. Conduct regular progress meetings and present project status reports. Manage expectations, scope changes, and timely decision-making.

Reporting & Documentation



Review and approve

DPRs, WPRs, MIS reports, and risk registers

. Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, variations, and handover documents. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong command over

fit-out project management (Civil, Interiors & MEP)

. Excellent understanding of

drawings, costing, budgeting, and scheduling

. Proven capability in

multi-project / rollout management

. Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage fast-track projects under tight timelines. High level of commercial and contractual awareness.

Qualifications & Experience



B.E. / B.Tech / Civil Engineering

(or equivalent).

8-10+ years

of experience in

fit-out project execution

. Mandatory experience in

office fit-outs, retail rollouts, hotels, and hospitality projects

. Experience handling

pan-India rollouts or multi-location projects

is highly preferred.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
