Join our Business, Process & System Excellence team, where we empower the Ultrasound business with robust backbone capabilities--spanning processes, systems, data, and people skills. These capabilities support critical functions such as commercial operations, R&D, service, and more.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to build new capabilities and streamline existing ones through continuous improvement. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects that drive operational excellence and business efficiency.
Your Role:
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver new, enhanced or simplified capabilities.
Ensure that capabilities are effective, efficient and compliant, quality needs, cost targets, assurance of supply, address component obsolescence and service needs.
Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines. Drive compliance to your project schedule across all functions and secure agreed project milestones. Takes on additional project leadership assignments of varying scope and complexity.
Manage relationships with Group IT and several Centers of Excellence and interface with programs to ensure alignment and delivery.
Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external). Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
You are fit if:
You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in Project Management, preferably in Medtech domain
You have earned a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business management
You demonstrate high levels of initiative, leadership, good judgement and effective communication skills and strong analytical skills
You must have worked in a Global Matrix organization, managing complex projects through teams and stakeholders across various geographic locations
You have a great work ethic with a passion for quality, Lean and business efficiency.
PMP Certification, MBA and/or experience in a regulated medical device environment a plus.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This role is an office-based role.
