Be responsible for project management of methodology development withmedium to high complexity Manage a diverse project team and take ownership to deliver projects intime, at cost, with defined functionality and in committed quality Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others)with stakeholders Be in charge of project planning (resources, schedule, technicaldeliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting Handle escalation management and customer stakeholder management Take care of close cooperation and interaction with all parties
In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for project management of methodology development with medium to high complexity
• Manage a diverse project team and take ownership to deliver projects in time, at cost, with defined functionality and in committed quality
• Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others)with stakeholders
• Be in charge of project planning (resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting
• Handle escalation management and customer stakeholder management
• Take care of close cooperation and interaction with all parties

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical or similar
• More than 8 years of work experience and at least more than 5 years of experience in project-management (ideally within the semiconductor industry)
• Know-how and interest in Project Methodology Development and technical background in electronics
• An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risks in challenging environment
• The willingness to strive for excellence: think innovative solutions, improve continuously, execute efficiently
• Excellent presentation skills
• A certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI)
