Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Road and Highway projects from conception to completion. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in Highway Projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee Road and Highway projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and other documentation to stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Road and Highway project or construction management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in civil engineering and project management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
